Danish Modern Dining Set includes large solid teak table in the style of Borge Mogensen circa 1953. The top of the table will lift one end at a time and the leaves slide out gracefully into place. When the table is closed it measures 51 ¼ inches long, 33 ½ inches wide, 28 ¾ inches tall, with both leaves extended it is 90 ½ inches in length. Six exceptional vintage sculpted Danish modern dining chairs signed Vamo Sonderborg. Chairs are solid teak and have nice exposed joinery at the back with a graceful curvature to the rail and spine. Original black vinyl upholstery has some random white paint flecks. Legs have some light scuffing from normal use. All chairs are tight and sturdy. Dimensions: 30 ½ inches tall at the back, 17 inches high at front of seat, 19 ½ inches wide and 20 inches deep.
The chairs can be purchased separately for $1500.00.
