I am a Wedding cake designer and Sugar Artist. I specialize in Fondant covered cakes. All my flowers and decorations are made from edible mediums. Some of which are Gum Paste, & Chocolate Modeling Clay. I also use such frostings as Royal Icing, but some folks don't care for it. It turns as hard as rocks, but the plus of using it is, holding intricate shapes and detail.
I am not a bakery, but rather an in-home cake designer. My cakes are always fresh and never frozen. I use only the best ingredients and bottled water.
If you have a special flavor you want, I can usually make it. I use Butter Cream frosting under the Fondant and between layers of the cake. If you want something other than frosting between the layers, like fruit fillings, I can do that. I try to keep my prices as low as possible, but they are still higher than a grocery store cake. I give full, "one on one", attention to detail of your Special Cake.
I need an 8 weeks advance booking for Wedding cakes and a 4 week advance booking for Novelty cakes. The sugar art is vey time comsuming and takes hours, upon hours to dry. For example; If your Wedding is in April, you will need to book your date, 8 weeks ahead. Which would be in the month of Feb. I require 1/3 down,(non-refundable) and the balance due 2 weeks before the delivery date.
Along with some photos of cakes I've done in the past, I have also included two letters from clients. I usually don't hear from folks, but do, once in awhile.
