Macintosh "Mac" was rescued by the HSO. He was severely starved to death when he came to us. He is being fostered, where he has been rehabilitated to a healthy beauty. Mac is now ready for a loving family and a place to call home. We estimate Mac to be 28yrs-30+ yrs. of age. He leads, ties, loads and clips. He also stands quietly for the farrier. He is sound barefoot and he exhibits no herd behaviors towards humans. He recently has been ridden and we believe he is ready for an advanced beginner! The ideal home for Mac will be one where he is only ridden by small children and for a short period of time. Mac is looking for a loving home to live out his remainder years, a nice pasture to roam, a warm barn to sleep and lots of admiration!
